Located in a green and private location less than twenty minutes from the magnificent beaches of Sardinia’s most prized coastal area – Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo – this stunning estate is central yet secluded to one of the most exclusive areas in all of Sardinia.

With respect to its own local environment, this property takes a ‘green’ approach to contemporary luxury. All the structures are constructed of stones from the original estate. Its exterior displays various facades: white wash or Sardinian granite. The facades have been finished with the finest materials and to the highest of standards.

Close to the main house, in a comfortable and secluded position, a large terrace on two levels, with alfresco dining, overlooks the beautiful lap top pool with a stunning view of the surrounding countryside.

Please note that THE HIDEAWAY and HILLTOP RETREAT are on the same large estate, and could be rented together to a large group giving a maximum occupancy for 28 adults and 4 children. The two properties are about 5 minutes away by car or horse.
