Villa Caterina
Villa Caterina is a designer beachfront property in the most exclusive bay of Villasimius, Cala Caterina, on the southeast coast of the island.
More akin to properties on the Costa Smeralda, it is a rare gem in an exceptionally special location.
With direct access to the beach, beautiful sea views, a large manicured garden and swimming pool, Villa Caterina is a delight.
The modern villa has a spacious, open plan living and dining area, leading to a large covered veranda. Typical of Sardinian summer living, outdoor spaces are a natural extension of the house, with fluid passage from one to the other.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and private terrace overlooking the sea. The other four double bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room and private terrace. There is a single bedroom with en-suite shower.
The swimming pool on the roof garden overlooks the sea and coastline of Villasimius, one of the most celebrated views in the Mediterranean. There is a second swimming pool built between the rocks.
The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a barbecue area in the garden. The grounds are fully fenced and private, with internal car parking and a stunning array of trees, plants and flowers. A spacious gazebo is a perfect spot for relaxing both during the daytime and at night. With no light pollution, the night sky is treat to behold.
Villa Caterina is fully air-conditioned and has Sky TV, audio and video systems and a safe.
