Villa Celvia

Villa Celvia sits on the Petra Manna hill, a few minutes’ walk to the beaches of La Celvia and Capriccioli. A large Mediterranean garden surrounds the property, with a sunbathing terrace and the most classic vistas of the Costa Smeralda, over Cala di Volpe and Romazzino. Granite natural rock formations, sculpted by the wind and elements, create a deeply Sardinian atmosphere at the property, rooting the recently built villa to its ancestral past. Sensations to explore during a summer sundowner.

The villa is on two floors. On the upper level, a bright living room with adjoining verandahs, kitchen and cloakroom. The bedrooms are on the lower level. There are five double bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional bathroom with a sauna and shower. The master bedroom and two double bedrooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool. A further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is accessed directly from the garden.

Villa Celvia has air-conditioning throughout, two safes, and a garage for four cars.

The beaches are a stroll away, and the centre of Porto Cervo a short drive. The perfect location for a holiday on the Costa Smeralda.
