Sunset Bay

This is a very special villa on one of the largest beach front properties on the Costa Smeralda, located in Liscia di Vacca, a few minutes drive from Porto Cervo. The property is a two hectares large park with a main villa, a guest house, and a landscaped garden with many amenities. The total living space is 930 sqm, with the main villa being approximately 850 sqm, and the guest house approximately 80 sqm.

There is a large swimming pool and a BBQ area between the villa and the beach. There is a tennis court (with synthetic grass), an outdoor bowling (“bocce”) court, a mini football field (natural grass), a sandpit for children, and a concession for two buoys just in front of the property.

Main Villa. Large hall. Living and dining room. Seven double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, most with direct access to the garden. Several patios.

Guest House. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchenette.

The service area is properly organised to manage large groups, and it includes washrooms, kitchen, pantry, storage, cellar and a large laundry room. On a lower level, with independent access, there is a housekeepers flat with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette.

• Two housekeepers 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
