St Tropez Waterfront

 

This is a special contemporary villa right on the waterfront on the bay of St Tropez, designed by the architect Thalien in the Florentine style. The property has wonderful views across the water to St Tropez, Ste Maxime, Beauvallon, Port Grimaud and, on a clear day, the mountains beyond. Sitting on the terrace or being in the pool, you have a grandstand view of all the boats in the bay.

 

The pool has several levels and has a direct view over the sea. The pool is heated and is equipped with ecological saltwater system as opposed to the traditional chlorine system. The pool is also equipped with jetstreams and massage jets. Separate Jacuzzi.

 

There is a dock for a boat, a boat available with skipper and jet skis. Bikes are available. Free parking garage in Place des Lices. Pathway to the beach below, and shower. Gym overlooking the sea.

 

The accommodation is all on one level with 6 bedrooms in the main house, and 2 bedrooms in the separate house, 5 of the bedrooms have brilliant sea views. All the bedrooms have TVs and several have communicating doors. The house is fully air-conditioned. Home cinema.

Vergeron Beach House

 

This is a recently built property that has been finished to the highest standards and benefits from direct access by foot to the sea at La Plage du Vergeron. The tastefully decorated interiors have tiled floors, white exposed beamed ceilings and modern furnishings in soft, neutral colours.

The property is part of a gated community with controlled access and entry code. From here a driveway leads down to the property, to the private parking area and the garage for two cars. To the Mediterranean side of the house there is a delightful garden with lawns, olive trees and various plants, and views, through the trees to the sea. The swimming pool (10 x 5) is secured by the latest technology alarm system and can be heated on request. And from the garden there is a gate onto the shore path that leads to the beach, only normally used by the occupiers of the few properties on the domain.

You can watch amazing picture post card sunsets from Gigaro, just round the corner, with its large family orientated beach and its coastline rich with protected species of flora and fauna: the beach continues onto a marine path which zigzags between the picturesque rocky inlets, of which La Plage du Vergeron is one.

Ground Floor:  Small entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Steps down to living room with large glass doors opening to terrace, garden and pool: there is a TV with large plasma screen.  The living room leads to the open plan kitchen and dining room, with doors to terrace and garden, and also with doors to the outside eating area and BBQ.   The kitchen is equipped with American fridge freezer /ice maker, dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine & toaster. Stairs lead from the rear of the kitchen to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also access to the garage, useful for food and drink deliveries.  2 double/twin bedrooms (beds 180), one with en suite bathroom, one with en suite sh0wer room, both open onto garden.
First Floor: Master bedroom (double or twin)(bed 180) with en suite bathroom (bath and separate shower), with TV, and small terrace, with views through the trees to the sea.
Lower Ground Floor: Guest bedroom (double or twin) (bed 180)accessible from outside or from internal staircase, with en suite bathroom. Adjoining living room with TV.
All the bedrooms open onto the garden and pool. There are two cots and two high chairs at the property.

  • Additional maid hours, cook, butler and chauffeur available on request.
  • Sheets changed weekly, more often on request at extra charge.
