Costa Dorata

This is a beautiful modern villa on the north eastern of Sardinia coast just south of Olbia, with a spectacular view of the sea and the island of Tavolara. There is a sandy beach about 10 minutes’ walk away, with clear and shallow waters.

The property consists of a main house on two floors: Living room, kitchen and four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a separate building with double bedroom and bathroom. There several terraces for eating and relaxing, a landscaped garden and swimming pool with outside shower. The house is fully air-conditioned.

The small town of Porto San Paolo is about 2 kms away: the strategic location of the town allows for easy access to spectacular nature and rolling landscapes while the beaches of Porto Istana and Spiaggia Porto Taverna are also right on its doorstep. Surrounded by enticingly crystal clear water and fine, white sands, the area is a protected marine park, and is graced with a spectacular wilderness with a thriving diversity of flora and fauna, and activities including horseback riding, mountain biking, diving and golf. It is also situated close to the magnificent islands Isola Tavolara, Isola Molara, and Isola Piana..
