A totally refurbished beachfront property on the bay opposite the Pitrizza Hotel, one of the most famous on the Costa Smeralda. This is the ultimate jewel.

The villa is set on a proportion of a promontory affording a stunning sea view all over the gulf and to the islands, a beautiful sandy beach just a few steps from the house and a private pier for guests private yacht. Its luxuriant garden with curved swimming pool is an oasis of freshness and relaxation, a corner of true privacy and seclusion.

The villa’s interior is the result of a masterly designed project infusing a feeling of absolute beauty and elegance, soft white curves and light colours intimately blend with the deep blue of the surrounding sea and sky to provide wellness of mind and body. You can hear the sea from most of the bedrooms.

Lower level, accessible by internal spiral staircase, or by outside stairs: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and with doors to terrace and pool. Double bedroom with four poster bed, en-suite shower room, and doors to terrace and pool. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to garden, with adjoining bedroom with bunk beds.
