Homonym Beach House

This is a romantic and tasteful property with large and beautiful gardens in La Celvia, a few minutes walk to the beach, and close to the Cala di Volpe hotel and Pevero golf club. The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The house has spacious outdoor living and dining areas, and very attractive terraces, with sea views. The swimming pool is on a slightly higher level with its own covered dining area and summer kitchen.

The beach is in a beautiful area, with fantastic perfumes released from the wild Sardinian bush: gum trees, wattle, acacias and oak trees are in abundance. The beach is superb with clear waters and nice rocky and sandy areas.

Amenities include air-conditioning, wi-fi and spa. There is parking for several cars.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

MAIN HOUSE
Ground floor. Entrance into living room, and dining area, opening onto covered terrace. Kitchen with access from the garden. Guest cloakroom. Two double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to garden. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
First floor. Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room with double stone basins, typical Sardinian wood ceiling, and terrace with sea views. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, opening onto terrace.

DEPENDENCE (across the patio from the Main House)
Double bedroom with external access only, with en-suite shower. Spa with sauna, jacuzzi and shower. Laundry. Staff bedroom with shower.
