New Peveroo is a brand-new modern luxury villa with a breathtaking sea view located in the exclusive area of Pevero in Porto Cervo on the northeastern coast of Sardinia.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms a1 staff room (which can be used as an additional guest bedroom). There is also a TV room with a bathroom, that can also be transformed into a guest bedroom, if needed.

On the ground floor, there is a bright, spacious living room with big sofas and a dining area. Decorated using wood gives it a modern feel. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and four double bedrooms with bathrooms.

The upper floor houses the Master bedroom with independent external access and a fantastic sea view over Cala di Volpe Bay.

Outdoors, there is a large covered sea-view terrace with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool with sunbeds, surrounded by manicured green lawn.  There are parking places for 3 cars and the property offers maximum privacy.
