Pine Tree Beach House
Charming house in a Pine wood, directly on the sea, with an almost private beach and large garden, a few minutes from the Cala di Volpe Hotel. The garden is approximately 7 hectares, with lots of shade and heady perfume from the pines. There is a path through to the beach, and an outside shower. No other properties have direct access to this beach. From the beach and garden there are views across the bay to the Cala di Volpe Hotel. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The entrance hall leads down a few steps to the living room with dining area, TV and fireplace. Doors open to the terrace and garden, with relaxing areas and covered eating area. The kitchen is well-equipped with two fridges and a central bar. Beyond the kitchen is a staff bedroom with en-suite shower, and a utility room. Guest cloakroom. Beyond the living room are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and doors to terrace and sea. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room, with a private terrace. At the back of the house is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and external access. Up on the mezzanine level is a small study area and a small twin bedroom.
