Pink Sands

This is a charming property with sea views, and walking distance to two of the best beaches in Sardinia. It is set in a large lawned garden with tall trees and Mediterranean vegetation, with gazebo and BBQ, and with two gates leading to La Celvia Beach.

The house has air-conditioning in all the rooms, except one of the bedrooms downstairs and one of the living rooms. There is a TV with Sky and Satellite.

Ground floor. Living room with dining area, overlooking the swimming pool. Second living room. Spacious kitchen. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Single bedroom with en-suite shower.

La Celvia is a pink coloured beach from the tinted underlying sand grain, enclosed by granite cliffs. Behind the beach lies a thick vegetation of Mediterranean scrub. A sheltered  corner about 300 metres long, it is the ideal place for those who enjoy underwater diving and snorkelling. Beach bar, restaurant and umbrellas available. Capriccioli Beach is a few minutes walk away.  There are panoramic views of the islands of Soffi and Le Camere, both situated about 2 kms off the coast.
