Porto Cervo Elegance

This is a very spacious and stunning property with an elegant atmosphere, and breath-taking views, ideal for the most demanding guests. The villa has recently been completely renovated, keeping its original charm. There is a huge swimming pool and deck, and several terraces facing the sea. A unique feature of the property is its private 4 hectare park leading down to the sea: this park includes several quiet sitting areas with great views and also a football pitch.

The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of Sardinia continues to attract celebrities, oligarchs, presidents, royals and tycoons of all nationalities, with Olbia airport at certain times of the season having the highest traffic of private jets in the world. Beautiful villas, super yachts, designer boutiques, fine dining and a vibrant nightlife in a stunning natural setting makes it a perfect destination. This lovely property is close to Porto Cervo, the beating heart of the Costa Smeralda: its restaurants and its promenades with glamorous shops can easily reached in a short walk. The yacht club and the Pevero Golf Club are also nearby.

The Villa is a succession of large bedrooms with private bathrooms located on two floors for a total of seven bedrooms including the master bedroom that has its own private pool and private solarium; the living room is wide with a large hall and dining room; on the lower ground floor there are the spa, the gym, the professional super-equipped kitchen and two staff rooms.

Facilities include air-conditioning throughout, a helipad, covered parking and the services of a very special staff.
