This is a charming property with large living spaces and stunning sea view located in the heart of Porto Rafael, one of the most chic resorts on the north coast of Sardinia. The beaches are pink, the seabed is a paradise for divers, and there are famous sites for windsurfing and sailing.

This spacious property has a beautiful manicured garden and lush Mediterranean scrub, a large swimming pool with sea view, a solarium, an outside dining terrace with BBQ and  large furnished veranda.

Porto Rafael owes its name to Rafael Neville, Count of Berlanga, who in the 1960s came across this fascinating stretch of unspoilt coast and fell in love with it at first sight. The passion of the Spanish noble for this magical place is still tangible today in its uniqueness. Built on the rock and surrounded by greenery, the village of Porto Rafael offers great vivacity and joviality in the two splendid “piazzette” that have become the meeting point of the area. A maze of characteristic alleys and the renowned “Discesa del Conte” converge in the heart of the village: the wonderful “Piazzetta”: outdoor cafés and exclusive seaside restaurants, luxury boutiques and pretty shops.

The square overlooks the clear waters of the bay. The surrounding beaches, in the eastern part of Punta Sardegna, are stretches of pink sand framed by granite rocks moulded by the winds, true natural sculptures, and by the Mediterranean vegetation.
