The estate is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. A panoramic wooden terrace overlooks the water, while the large sea-view swimming pool and heated jacuzzi create a relaxed setting for long days in the Sardinian sunshine. Facing the sea, a covered dining area with its own bar and barbecue is ideal for leisurely lunches and evening entertaining. Two further buildings provide additional en-suite bedrooms and independent outdoor access, while a separate staff bedroom and bathroom complete the layout.

Porto Raphael is one of northern Sardinia’s most distinctive coastal villages, known for its whitewashed buildings, small piazzetta and beautiful setting among the granite rocks opposite the La Maddalena Archipelago. Created as an intimate Mediterranean retreat rather than a conventional resort, it retains a quietly glamorous and wonderfully individual atmosphere.

Created in the 1960s by Spanish nobleman Rafael Neville, Porto Rafael was conceived as an elegant seaside community rather than a conventional resort. At its heart is a small waterfront piazzetta overlooking Cala Inglese, known locally as the “pool of Porto Rafael”, where guests gather for morning coffee, sunset drinks and relaxed dinners beside the sea.

The mood is peaceful and understated, with small beaches, a marina and opportunities to explore the surrounding coastline by boat.
