This is a contemporary design waterfront property in Porto Rotondo with spacious grounds and direct access to the beach. The villa is on two floors connected by an internal staircase and panoramic external lift that allows a wonderful view of the sea.
On the lower ground floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a laundry area. On the ground floor there is a living /dining room with doors to the veranda and further seating areas. Guest cloakroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
A staircase leads up to a mezzanine floor from which you can access a small terrace and solarium.
An external staircase leads to a large terrace overlooking the pool. Near the pool is a relaxation area with a sofa and a further shower room. The large garden leads down to the beach.
Staff:
- Maid service six hours per day, six days per week
- Further staff on request: cook, butler, chauffeur.
