Newly built property perfectly integrated into the landscape with an evocative view of the Costa Smeralda. The Pevero Golf Club is nearby, and Porto Cervo is a few minutes’ drive away. There is a large garden, with the swimming pool in a dramatic position.
The villa is on two levels, with the main living room on the ground floor with access to the spacious furnished verandah and the modern kitchen. There are four bedrooms with en-suite bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is on the upper level, with two separate terraces, with different sea views. There is air-conditioning throughout the house.
