The Beach House

This is a wonderful villa, located at the edge of La Celvia beach. Built first line, following the typical Costa Smeralda architectural style, it has a manicured garden of ca. 4,000 Sqm enriched by typical Mediterranean Flora. Large lovely terraces with wooden beams and terracotta tiles.

There is a large swimming pool and external Jacuzzi, and private access to the white sandy beach of La Celvia, one of the most beautiful and fashionable beaches of the Costa Smeralda, and there are stunning views toward the sea and the islands.

Accommodation

Ground floor. Large living/dining room with doors to covered terraces. Kitchen opening to both sides of the house with central breakfast bar, and separate room with large fridge/freezers. Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Small sitting room with sofa bed and doors to terrace.

Lower ground floor. Guest cloakroom. Three twin bedrooms with en-suite showers. Two double bedrooms with en-suite showers. Staff bedroom with bunk beds.
