Turquoise Valley

This is a beautiful villa in Puntaldia with a large flat garden with swimming pool, about 250 metres from the resrved residential entrance to the famous Lu Impostu Beach.

The villa consists of three separate buildings. In the first there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the second building is a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the garden, with a great view of the sea and the island of Tavolara.

In the third building there is a double room with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a staff room and bathroom and laundry on this level. On the upper floor there are two suites each with a separate entrance, one with a double bedroom and one with a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.  A spiral staircase at the back of the building leads to a solarium with sea views.

Puntaldìa is located in a corner of the beautiful Punta Sabatino, framed by some of the finest beaches on the east coast of Gallura: Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi to the north and La Cinta to the south.

Just 30 km from Olbia, Puntaldia covers more than 80 hectares, directly facing the protected marine area of Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo and giving unforgettable views of sunsets over the islands Molara and Tavolara.

The houses in the area all blend harmoniously with the natural physiognomy of the surrounding landscape, shaped by the winds, and the vibrant colours of the Mediterranean maquis. There is a full-service marina, a Golf Club, tennis courts, as well as shops and restaurants. The properties have an architectural style designed in full respect of the immense natural value of the Gallura area, according to the strict dictates of the rigid building regulations of Puntaldia.
