Set in an elevated position above Pevero Bay, Villa Anna is an exceptional newly refurbished residence in Porto Cervo, combining contemporary elegance with panoramic views across the sea and surrounding Sardinian landscape.

Extending over approximately 600 square metres, the villa has been designed to create a wonderful sense of space, light and connection with its coastal setting. The principal living area incorporates beautifully appointed lounge and dining spaces, opening directly onto a generous covered veranda. From here, guests can relax, dine and entertain while enjoying uninterrupted views across the bay.

A fully equipped kitchen and adjoining pantry provide everything needed for both informal meals and private dining. An additional kitchen serves the staff accommodation, allowing service to be managed discreetly throughout a stay.

Villa Anna offers seven guest bedrooms, each conceived as a peaceful and private retreat. Five bedrooms are located within the main residence, while landscaped garden pathways lead to two independent double-bedroom suites, ideal for guests seeking additional seclusion. Two further service bedrooms complete the accommodation.

Outside, the infinity swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the villa’s beautifully arranged grounds. Surrounded by sunbathing and relaxation areas, it appears to merge effortlessly with the blue of Pevero Bay beyond.
