Villa Blue

This stunning stylish villa sits in 6,500 sqm of private grounds a few hundred meters from the beach at Lu Impostu, only 20 minutes from the Costa Smeralda. A spectacular nine holes golf course and selection of several white sandy beaches are in a five minutes drive range.

This villa is the delight of modern architecture fans, designed in 2010 by a well known architect that has found the right key to mix contemporary lines with the surrounding nature with a fantastic result. All latest technology gadgets have been added to the villa and a fantastic swimming pool with changing rooms,  with the view of the sea in a beautiful Mediterranean garden.

The villa was built on one level with two wings and large living areas between. In the main house there are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, large outdoor living and dining areas and a guest cloakroom.

In the guest wing, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one large bathroom. There is also open space with two extra single beds and a kitchen. There is a staff bedroom with private bathroom.

Amenities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, wifi internet, BBQ, and covered parking.
