Contemporary in style Waterfront Haven features a meticulously maintained Mediterranean garden that extends right to the shoreline. Amenities include a pool, a semi-covered parking area for two cars with additional space for a third in the driveway, and a primary living space offering a breath-taking sea view, a bar area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom.

The main building comprises three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each offering a stunning sea view. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms with external access facing the sea. Outside is a large terrace, pool, and semi-covered space with a BBQ. The indoor relaxation area includes a fitness zone, a relaxation room, and an extra ensuite bedroom. There is also a separate bedroom located before the annex.

The property includes a staff area with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry facilities. Ideal for families, it is pet-friendly and equipped with an external surveillance system and has a private dock for small boats.
