This seaside property is one of the gems of the Costa Smeralda and one of the masterpieces of the famous architect Savin Couëlle. It is located at the Grande Pevero beach, a few steps from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa.

Angles of architecture distinguished by pure genius are integrated into the Sardinian nature, leading the guest through the garden and the house, to the colors of the sea that touch the garden. Living in this house is a unique experience, possible only thanks to the perfect balance between architectural genius and beauty of the location. The details of the finishes, the vaults, the elements of the garden: nothing is left to chance, and everything contributes to create the magic that pervades the whole property.

Even the entrance door is a work of art: opening it we access a hallway that allows you to go to the spacious and equipped kitchen with outdoor dining, to the rooms or finally to the living area. The living area is characterized by a furnished mezzanine and large openings towards the beautiful veranda and the garden. Just the garden works as a sort of common thread between nature and architecture, descending from the veranda to the sea, with a small beach and a pier for guests. The short distance between sea and home allows you to fully enjoy the colors, scents and sensations that make up the uniqueness of the Costa Smeralda.

The four rooms with bathroom that complete the property enjoy the spectacular view and access the green of the garden.
