Large beautiful property in a spectacular position above the sea with swimming pool, terraced gardens and various verandas with views of the bay and beyond.The villa’s gardens offer various secluded areas among juniper trees, granite sculptures and pergolas, surrounded by the colours and scents of the Mediterranean. It is part of a private condominium that offers various services: kids playground, tennis club, nautical club, bowls, pizzeria and supermarket.

The property is divided into five independent apartments, each consisting of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, kitchen, living area and private terrace. All room enjoy stunning sea views. New for 2020 is an additional three bedroom apartment and additional swimming pool.

A gate from the property leads to steps (approximately 100) down to the sea and private bathing, away from the beach.

Torre delle Stelle is a small seaside village, set in luxuriant vegetation, in the south eastern coast of Sardinia, between Cagliari and Villasimius, approximately 40 km from Cagliari and 15 km from Villasimius.Despite being a peaceful location, Torre delle Stelle has a horse riding centre, scuba diving school, tennis courts and a variety of restaurants.

Spiaggia di Genn’e Mari is a five hundred-meter-long beach located to the east of Torre delle Stelle. Scenic and blessed with turquoise blue water, it provides the perfect bay in which to enjoy a holiday. The beach is covered in light, golden, and fine-grained white sand that glistens under the sun. This is especially impressive during the spring season while a vibrant emerald green hue of nearby vegetation reflects the beauty of the region. The waters are also very shallow with a sandy bottom which also makes it pleasant and ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.

Although suitable for boats, the beach is best known for diving and a dive school can also help to discover the wonders of marine life. Diving is a great way to explore the shipwrecks, particularly the Soca and Loredan with the former being an 80-meter length warship sunk by a British submarine during the Second World War and the Loredan, an armed escort to convoys, which sunk in 1943, between 55 to 65 meters deep. Aside from the fascinating shipwrecks, there is also some interesting underwater fauna. The red and yellow sea fans, Anthas and Gamber, roam these waters while lobster, mostly, crayfish, and king of mullets also thrive.
