Villa Nora

The architect wanted to design an “inhabitable sculpture”, to recall the shapes of the wind and the colours of the Sardinian earth. This luxury property is situated near Pula, a little town, gem of tourism in the southwestern part of Sardinia, which is about 30 km from Cagliari. The villa, which is immersed in the heart of a 600-hectare estate of Mediterranean scrub, was designed by the famous architect Massimiliano Fuksas.

Th villa surface, within an outdoor area, is of 395 m2 and consists of two floors with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.  On the ground floor there are the living area with kitchen, dining room, a study with bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the sleeping area that consists of two double bedrooms each with private bathroom. The rooms overlook a large 110 m2 terrace, where relax area are situated with a great panoramic view.

A swimming pool of 40 sqm and a beautiful patio complete the property, which makes it a perfect place to contemplate nature.

The area is a perfect location to discover the Southern cost of Sardinia, including excellent beaches and coves with crystal waters, and opportunities for water sports and diving, trekking and mountain biking.

Located inside the Pula Archaeological Park, Nora has been one of the most important Sardinian cities during ancient times and it is still considered one of the best-preserved, most important historical sites on the whole island.
